Marla Oros (RN, MS)
Mosaic Group President Marla Oros comes to the table with an accomplished career in public health, academia, business management, hospital administration, and nonprofit organizational development.
She has worked vigorously to offer effective healthcare and community services research and consulting services. Marla continues to satisfy the needs of clients with a team of experienced professionals, working at the various levels needed to fulfill each project.
Colleen Hosler (MA)
Colleen has a BS and MA from University of Maryland Baltimore County in medical sociology. She has over eight years of experience in research and evaluation, working in both the academic and community settings. Her research interests are in the fields of addiction prevention and older adult services.
Colleen has worked on a number of research and program design projects in the areas of older adult services, school health, home visiting, childhood obesity and addiction prevention and treatment. She currently serves on the faculty at the University of Maryland Baltimore County in Sociology department.
Krystal Billups (MPH)
SENIOR HEALTH PLANNER
Krystal is a public health professional with over ten years of experience and a track record of successful contributions in program development, implementation and evaluation, as well as quality improvement and project management. Krystal has experience working with government and community organizations to address the health needs of targeted populations, specifically in the fields of disease prevention and emergency preparedness. She has also worked in the private sector to develop and maintain sustainable performance improvement solutions, audit readiness and regulatory compliance. Krystal received her Bachelor of Science degree, majoring in Health Promotion from the University of Delaware, and her Master of Public Health degree from Morgan State University.
William S. Pak, MPA
William S. Pak is an experienced analyst with over eight years of experience in both the public sector and research setting. Before joining Mosaic Group, he worked as a Health Policy Analyst at the Maryland Department of Health and Mental Hygiene and a Research Fellow at the University of Baltimore’s Schaefer Center for Public Policy. His areas of interest include behavioral health, health disparities research, and long-term care. He received a Bachelor of Science degree from University of Maryland and a Master of Public Administration from University of Baltimore.
Sadie M. Smith, MSW
SENIOR HEALTH CONSULTANT
Sadie holds her Masters in Social Work with specializations in Community Organizing and Program Development. Since 2005, Sadie has worked across public and private sectors to advance communities and systems to improve the health and well-being of individuals. Sadie has a keen sense of how to deliver services to vulnerable populations and the ability to transfer that knowledge into programming that works. She is uniquely talented in developing individuals - clients and colleagues alike - in addition to growing strong programs and transforming organizations.
